I am simply looking to be able to play my MSN Music on this, my LapTop PC, and to Authorize this PC on my MSN Music Account would likely resolve this issue.Īt one time one MSN Technician told me that my MSN Music Account had been cancelled. The Technician deleted the original User Profile, but that did not resolve this issue. Two days ago, when I began dealing with the current issue, an HP Technician identified that as we had performed a non-destructive recovery back in Feb, that the Old User Profile was still in the system. In an effort to resolve this on my own I read on MSN Music Help page that I may need to access MSN Music Assistant, when I attempt this I receive this same message I receive with Window Media Player They recommend going to the website -this also only takes me to. MSN Support Partners say they have no resources to resolve this problem. When I click on the hyperlink to MSN Support I am connected to has no solutions, they only transfer me to MSN Support Partners.
