Were all a bit resistant to change but once youre able to get your deliveries whenever you wantITS THE BEST THING EVER! On the second day I had one issue but boy did they get back to me fast! And I liked the texting communication so not only excellent customer service but I LOVE the text feature. No response is needed from fetch, I gave them 2 years before writing this review, but I'm fed up, nothing they can say, or do will make them a better company, Fetch is simply a disgrace to the mail courier profession and their permit to handle mail should be revoked ASAP This company should be petitioned at every community they service for dereliction of duty. No respect or pride for their duties as mail couriers, just the opposite. I feel the leadership at ******************** has failed the company by not implementing a culture of responsibility, accountability, pride and a sense of duty for what they do, rather it's a company that hires employees that throw your packages at your doorstep, literally (plenty of Ring footage of packages being dropped from 3-5 ft on concrete). Fetch is the "Goof Troop" of mail couriers ran by kids who will hire anyone with a license.

Fetch on the other hand lacks any qualities or resemblance to that of a professional mail courier. When you take on the responsibility of delivering mail, a certain level of pride for getting customers their packages UNDAMAGED and ONTIME should be foundation. This company needs major reform, or be shut down all together for not upholding their end of the contracts to the communities by NOT delivering packages in a professional manner. Additionally, packages show delivered to Fetch, but it's pretty common to not get the package till the next day or so, and thats if you get it all, or the correct package, or undamaged. how this company is still in business is beyond me. it really is a c*** shoot, a roll of the dice with this company. I do everything in my power to avoid packages going through Fetch.
I have had packages go missing, heavy packages show up damaged, and or I get the wrong package.

It is very apparent over the last couple years of the Fetch service to my apt community, that the drivers take zero pride in delivering packages with care and competence. 0 Stars Rating - Absolute worse company ever.
