I wasn’t sure about this as the information on the app store and its web page is fairly basic and the developer is not contactable to ask questions but it costs less than a cup of coffee so I took a risk. I can’t remember how many similar apps I’ve tried and deleted. I’ve been looking for ages for an uncluttered well designed breathing/meditation app that syncs to Apple’s Health app and doesn’t need a monthly subscription and doesn’t have ads.
